My role: director, choreographer, prop designer, performer. Performed while Artist-In-Residence at Crosstown Arts. Three “conferencees” in a fictional Women's Empowerment Conference workshop titled "Swing'em," follow along to instruction for power-behavior in a gender biased workplace. "Swing'em" is an improvisational work. Participants were aware of the premise but did not rehearse.
